Design features of reactor and dome system construction were determined, the obtained biohumus concentrate was investigated.
The new automation system with controllers and computer has made the processes more controllable and stable.
2012 - Production of a series of laboratory mobile units

New technological solutions were used in the construction of these plants, including the use of fiberglass sandwich panels for the manufacture of reactor containers.
Further research of biohumus concentrate was carried out, the technology was improved, the technology of fermentation of litter with reduced moisture content was developed, which, in turn, significantly increased the efficiency of reactors, reducing their volume and increasing productivity.
2016 - construction of a plant with a capacity of 100 tons per day Petropavlovsk, Kazakhstan
2018 - construction of a plant with a capacity of 60 tons per day, Chubinskoe, Kiev region.
2022 - creation of a laboratory biohumus plant with a capacity of 500 kg/day
