The ecoBioGumates produced in BGU VRS reactors are a combination of natural bioactive ingredients derived from poultry manure, fermented naturally in sealed anaerobic (without oxygen access) bioreactors under strict temperature and pressure control (without the use of any chemical or mineral additives). They are of high quality and can be used as an organic fertiliser to improve crop yields and remediate contaminated areas.
It has been proven that EcoBioGumates significantly increase crop yields compared to the traditional use of inorganic fertilizers or other humates. This is because EcoBioGumates contain not only high concentrations of humic and fulvic acids, which stimulate plant growth, but also microorganisms necessary for plant growth, which increase nutrient uptake and enhance the activity of other soil microorganisms. EcoBioGumats also improve soil structure by increasing the formation of stable aggregates, resulting in better aeration, water infiltration and root penetration.
Studies have shown that EcoBioGumates can improve crop yields compared to conventional fertilizers. In addition, EcoBioGumates can reduce the need for mineral fertilizers and reduce the use of pesticides by 100%, which can lead to significant savings for farmers. The use of EcoBioGumates also removes the impact of conventional fertilizers on the environment by eliminating their runoff into water bodies.
EcoBioGumates can also help in the remediation of areas contaminated with petroleum products, heavy and radioactive metals, as well as saline soils. EcoBioGumats can also improve soil structure and water-holding capacity, which is very important for the remediation of contaminated soils.
The use of our EcoBioGumats has significant benefits for agriculture and the environment. EcoBioGumates can increase crop yields, reduce the need for fertilizers and improve soil health. The use of EcoBioGumats represents a sustainable and cost-effective approach to new generation agriculture, soil remediation and the preservation of natural ecology.
Increased Yield
The process results in two fractions - liquid "Fugate" and solid "Sludge" - that can be used to restore soil fertility. These fractions contain a concentrated source of soil microorganisms that restore biological life and metabolism in the soil, thereby enhancing its fertility. The liquid and solid biohumus provide a consortium of soil microorganisms that reduces the time of organic matter decomposition and increases humus formation, leading to improved soil fertility. These microorganisms help convert nutrients into forms available to plants, reduce nitrate content in plants, and accumulate vitamins and minerals necessary for humans. Additionally, the growth of beneficial microorganisms suppresses harmful bacteria that cause plant diseases, thereby increasing plant yield, stimulating their growth and resistance to diseases, improving product quality, and accelerating fruit ripening. Since biohumus affects soil microflora and is not a conventional fertilizer, it can be used in the cultivation of any crop.
Soil recultivation
The use of EcoBioGumates, which are organic compounds produced naturally by biological processes, to improve crop yields and restore lifeless and contaminated soils. TADIS proposes a method of producing EcoBioGumates by treating fresh chicken manure with mutagenic microbes in anaerobic digesters. These EcoBioGumates have been found to be effective in remediating saline and oil-contaminated soils by reducing soluble salts and breaking down petroleum hydrocarbons, respectively. The use of EcoBioGumates is a promising and cost-effective approach to restore the health and productivity of damaged soils.
